This lifelong connection to the area provides her with a unique perspective on the Phoenix real estate market, having witnessed its growth and transformation firsthand. With nearly seven years of experience as an appraiser, Kari is dedicated to providing accurate, reliable, and personalized appraisal services. She is committed to helping clients navigate the complexities of property valuation with confidence. Kari is passionate about making change and volunteers her spare time as a Board Member for the Coalition of Arizona Appraisers and with CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) for Foster Youth in Arizona.
